I love strings. And piano. T_T

It’s really flowy and I think their vocals are pretty (they’ve been quite impressive lately in general, actually). They seem to be going with a mature image, which is nice… Mainly because I don’t think their approach is too overdone. (Like all of the groups in Korea olololol) It’s kind of like WHAT’S UP WE’RE DOING OLD POP. And by old I mean like late 90s. Which is what people said about Naichau and Shouganai. 😛 Like… early MM but with a more modernized sound I guess? ❤

I don’t really care about line distribution in general so I haven’t really taken the time to think about who gets what part (if the song is good enough to distract me from that, THUMBS UP), but from what I’ve casually heard, it seems pretty shuffled. Which for me is better than Shouganai’s specific solo pattern. (I was gonna type it up but it’s too complicated to describe in words, yet obvious when you think about it.) (Edit: Just looked at a fan colour code. Still looks pretty organized. But the fact that I listened to it and didn’t think about that is a good thing, unlike, sayyyy… Dakishimete Dakishimete.) And Koharu sounds like early Koharu. I’M THANKING THE END OF KIRAREVO FOR THAT. 😀

Another thing is the RAP.

I LOVE RAP. Well, in pop songs. Kousui ❤ And Dokusenyoku and Kowarenai Ai ga Hoshii no and Do it! Now… It’s just so much DO WANT.

I keep describing it as sparkly. It sounds sparkly and girly and just YOU KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT RIGHT?

Anyways, what I was saying was that it’s strange because the rap fits perfectly in such a sparkly song. It’s like saying HERE WE’RE GONNA PUT RAP IN SHOUGANAI THATS FINE RIGHT, IT’LL WORK OUT RIGHT? and us going OH HELL NAW.

But it sounds great.

So impressed. Looking forward to the PV. They’re getting higher budget lately. (Well, judging by MY BOY, Shouganai and Shochuu.) I guess that’s what happens when you can the majority of the artists. See guys, it has it’s perks!

I’m excited for the PV. Risa’s hair looked pretty fine on the cover and Reina DYED HER HAIR BACK OMG EXCITEMENT. (no sarcasm. She looks totally better. :3)

I reset my iTunes play counts a few times (trying to fix something fucky about my iPod but it didn’t work so DAMNIT WHAT A WASTE) over the past while, as well as reset my last.fm on May 10th (I didn’t like that my top songs were Resonant Blue and Edo because I rarely listen to them anymore :P)

And as I’ve stated, Perfume is definitely moving up in my music ranks. (*coughnumberonecough*)
It’s a bit depressing to see that change reflected in my music stats.

I think part of it is that I listen to Perfume when I do my homework because it oddly keeps me focused. And now I’m out of school. So maybe MM will earn more plays over the summer. 😮 But then again… when my copy of Triangle comes… XD
